💨 Abstract
Ian Burnip, a 38-year-old with spinal muscular atrophy, was excited to see Ozzy Osbourne's last concert but faced barriers due to health and safety policies. Despite having a standing ticket, he was denied access because mobility aids were banned on the pitch. With the help of Metro, Ian secured accessible seating and attended the concert. Ozzy Osbourne's final performance was emotive, and Ian cherished the moment, especially after Ozzy's subsequent passing.
