💨 Abstract
Lewis Hamilton acknowledged a rare mistake in the Belgian Grand Prix sprint qualifying, causing his elimination in the first session. He spun at the last corner due to a rear-lock, admitting it was the first such error of his career. Despite being eliminated, Hamilton will start the sprint race from 18th. Former driver Anthony Davidson suggested the issue might not solely be Hamilton's fault. Hamilton expressed disappointment and is hoping for better results in the main event.
