💨 Abstract
The article is a personal account detailing the author's experience of being diagnosed with and treated for cervical cancer. The author initially dismissed several symptoms, such as bleeding and pain, as normal post-pregnancy issues. It was a routine cervical screening that detected abnormal cells, leading to a colposcopy and subsequent biopsy. The diagnosis was cervical cancer, which hadn’t spread beyond the cervix.
