💨 Abstract
An 18-year-old woman suffered severe, life-changing injuries when her hair got caught in a Fun House ride at a rural fair in Hampshire. Her scalp was badly damaged in the incident, described as a "degloving" situation. Emma Perry, a nurse, assisted her until emergency services arrived. The ride has been closed, and the incident is under investigation. The event organizers expressed sympathy and described it as a "freak accident."
