đ¨ Abstract
Yvonne Ford, 59, from Barnsley, died of rabies after a mild scratch from a stray puppy in Morocco. Symptoms, including severe headache, hallucinations, and hydrophobia, appeared months later. Her daughter, Robyn Thomson, is campaigning to vaccinate dogs against rabies, aiming to prevent similar tragedies.
