💨 Abstract
UK stargazers can enjoy the Delta Aquariid meteor shower this week, peaking Tuesday night. This shower, originating from Comet 96P Machholz, is visible globally. Viewers, best positioned away from city lights, can spot up to 20 meteors per hour. The shower is named after Aquarius, the constellation from which meteors appear. Viewers are advised to be patient and let their eyes adjust to the dark.
