💨 Abstract

A City trader, Simon Entwistle, won an appeal against his divorce settlement, challenging the validity of a prenup due to his heiress wife's omissions of nearly £48M of her wealth. Lady Justice King ruled that Jenny Helliwell's deliberate non-disclosure invalidated the prenup. The case will be recalculated without the prenup's restrictions.
