💨 Abstract
A new drug called 'flysky' is spreading in the US, containing heroin laced with medetomidine, a veterinary tranquilizer that's resistant to Narcan, the opioid antidote. It has caused at least two deaths in Pittsburgh and been spotted in other cities. Authorities are warning about its lethality and working to remove it from streets.
