💨 Abstract
The Nintendo Switch 2 has become the fastest-selling video game console ever, with over six million units sold in its first eight weeks. This surpasses initial estimates and breaks several sales records. Simultaneously, Mario Kart World, launched in a high-value bundle, sold nearly as many copies. Despite some stock shortages and a unique June release date, Nintendo expects sales to boost by Christmas with upcoming titles like Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Metroid Prime 4.
