💨 Abstract
Tottenham Hotspur have agreed to sign Joao Palhinha from Bayern Munich on a loan deal with an option to buy for £26m. The Portugal international midfielder had a disappointing first season at Bayern, managed only six league starts, and is now surplus to requirements following the club's recent signings. Palhinha is expected to become Tottenham's fourth new recruit of the transfer window. Despite previous claims of commitment to Bayern, he is set to return to the Premier League.
