💨 Abstract
A family's iPad, left on a Delta Airlines flight with their child's Peppa Pig case, was taken by an airline employee who used it to create explicit videos. The family discovered the misuse after receiving suspicious messages and photos on their devices. They sued Delta and Unifi Aviation, alleging negligence and emotional distress despite the carrier's claim that the individual was a vendor company employee. Root issue remains parents related.
