Mariah Carey was unaware that Katy Perry had gone to space on a Blue Origin flight, operated by Jeff Bezos. In an interview, Carey expressed confusion and surprise, quipping "I'm not mad at her, that's pretty amazing" but later said she couldn't see herself joining a space trip. Perry's trip was part of an all-female crew and she shared a video Floating in the Space craft and later kissing the ground after landing.
