💨 Abstract
British rider Sarah Yorke, 37, died after a fall during the Aston-le-Walls Horse Trials in Northamptonshire. She was competing with her horse MGH Hera when she fell at the third fence. Despite immediate medical treatment, Yorke couldn't be saved. MGH Hera remained uninjured and walked back to the stables. This was their first time competing together at the BE100 level.
