💨 Abstract

After a year off Paramount Plus, "One Night," a mystery drama starring Jodie Whittaker, returns to UK screens in August. The series tells the story of Tess (Whittaker), Simone (Nicole da Silva), and Hat (Yael Stone), whose lives were shattered by a traumatic event 20 years ago. Simone's successful novel about the incident stirs up old traumas and threats to their friendships.
