At Alton Towers, a small was extinguished by staff in a toilet in the Forbidden Valley area. Guests were temporarily evacuated from the area, which included rides like Nemesis Reborn and Galactica. The park remained open in other sections, and staff ensured guest safety throughout the incident, which lasted about an hour. Park management thanked guests for their cooperation.
