💨 Abstract
Tottenham Hotspur is negotiating with Manchester City for the transfer of Brazilian winger Savinho. Hopeful under newly appointed manager Thomas Frank to boost squad depth before the transfer window closes, Frank has identified Savinho, who had a solid debut season in the Premier League and is highly regarded, as an ideal fit. Although Manchester City is well-stocked with forwards and reportedly intends to move on Jack Grealish, a significant sum will likely be required for Savinho.
