💨 Abstract
In November 2021, Marie Cunningham and Grace Foulds were fatally hit by a driver, Glyn Jones, who had severe vision impairment due to untreated keratoconus. Jones was aware of his condition but chose to keep driving, leading to a tragic accident. The families involved are advocating for stricter driving regulations, including mandatory eye tests for all drivers, especially those over 70, to prevent such incidents.
