💨 Abstract
A 25-year-old soldier, Stephen Hughes from the Royal Welsh regiment, was reported missing in Bethel, Wales on August 12. His body was found in the Menai Strait just three hours later. North Wales Police confirmed no suspicious circumstances, and Hughes' family is being supported. Colleagues paid tribute, describing him as kind and genuine.
