💨 Abstract

Hashem Abedi, who conspired with his brother to bomb Manchester Arena, has been charged with attempted murder after assaulting four prison officers at HMP Frankland. The charges include three counts of attempted murder, one count of assault causing actual bodily harm, and one count of unauthorised possession of a knife. Abedi will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on September 18 and will remain in custody until then.
