💨 Abstract
A teenage boy lost his appeal to reduce his manslaughter sentence for the death of 80-year-old Bhim Kohli. The elderly man was kicked and punched in Franklin Park, Leicester, last September, with some of the attack filmed by the boy's 13-year-old friend. The boy, who had Snapchat accounts boasting of his violence, was convicted for the brutal assault.
