💨 Abstract
Developer id Software has re-released the classic shooters Heretic and Hexen with modern updates. Heretic, originally from 1994, and its sequel Hexen from 1995, introduced fantasy settings and interactive environments to the first-person shooter genre. The new remaster, "Heretic + Hexen," brings these games to modern platforms with enhanced soundtracks, online cross-platform multiplayer, and new accessibility options.
