💨 Abstract

A British holidaymaker in Cyprus, Samantha Cooper, removed towels from loungers at a hotel pool after observing guests reserve them at 1:30 AM, despite the hotel's 9 AM rule. Cooper and her family struggled to find sunbeds during their holiday. Her daughter, Ellie, noted that the towel owners rarely used the beds until the afternoon. Cooper's actions temporarily made it easier for others to find a spot, though the towel owners resumed their behavior the next day.
