💨 Abstract
Aston Villa are in talks to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea to strengthen their attack after Marcus Rashford opted for Barcelona instead. Jackson, who scored 17 goals in his debut season at Chelsea, had a disappointing second season and is pushing for a move. Chelsea, while not desperate to sell, are open to offers as they aim to fund other transfers. Villa, who drew with Newcastle in their season opener, are considering a bid for Jackson, valued around £65m.
