💨 Abstract
Eurostar is introducing its first double-decker high-speed trains, the Eurostar Celestia, set to launch in 2031. The €2bn fleet, with up to 50 trains, will serve five European countries plus new destinations like Geneva and Frankfurt. Each 200m-long train can carry 1,080 passengers, offering 20-50% energy savings over current models.
