💨 Abstract
Prince Andrew, former Duke of York, allegedly used official trips to Thailand to meet women drawn to his royal status, according to a retired UK official. Ian Proud, who was head of the political section at the UK embassy in Bangkok, said Andrew's playboy lifestyle was common knowledge among staff. The prince made multiple trips to Thailand, both private and taxpayer-funded, for royal engagements and personal pleasure.
