💨 Abstract

A council worker, Debra Dugmore, accused colleagues of spying on her during her 2021-2022 sick leave, claiming they repeatedly walked past her home. She alleged harassment, but the tribunal dismissed her claims, finding no evidence of wrongdoing. The council said the workers were in the area due to reported travelers. Judge David Faulkner ruled that Dugmore’s line manager had not breached obligations and that her claims lacked factual support.
