💨 Abstract
A Dutch parliamentary candidate, Kevin Nuijten, was mistakenly removed from a live TV debate after being confused with notorious animal rights activist Peter Janssen, known for disruptive stunts. Security, vigilant due to Janssen’s recent appearance on a talk show, detained Nuijten, believing he was the activist. After 15 minutes of verification, Nuijten was released and allowed back in.
