💨 Abstract

Sia and her estranged husband, Daniel Bernad, are embroiled in a contentious custody battle over their 19-month-old son, Somersault Wonder. Bernad, seeking sole custody, accused Sia of substance abuse and reckless behavior, which she denies, claiming she has been sober for over six months. Sia also alleged that Bernad had been investigated for child pornography and accused him of using custody requests to gain financially.
