💨 Abstract
A Detroit police officer, Matthew Jackson, appeared in a virtual court hearing wearing only boxers. Judge Sean Perkins asked him if he had pants on, to which Jackson admitted he did not. The police department is investigating the incident and plans to provide training on court etiquette. Judge William McConico and attorney TaTaNisha Reed expressed shock. The officer apologized, and the department extended apologies to those affected.
