đ¨ Abstract
The article highlights concerns about unregulated ADHD coaching, where some coaches make unrealistic claims like "rewiring your brain in five days" or "mastering dopamine control." While some coaches offer genuine support, others exploit vulnerable individuals with high fees and false promises. Selina Warlow, a clinical psychologist, warns that the lack of industry regulation risks exploitation, as anyone can call themselves an ADHD coach.
