💨 Abstract

HMV, the 90-year-old music and entertainment retailer, is making a comeback after previous administrations. The company, which shifted focus from DVDs and CDs to vinyl and pop culture merchandise, has seen steady recovery with new store openings. Recent and upcoming stores include locations in Peterborough, Cork, and The Hague. HMV aims to expand further in Ireland and mainland Europe, targeting markets where it makes business sense. The retailer was previously rescued by Hilco and later by Sunrise Records.
