đ¨ Abstract
A new report from Gen H reveals that first-time buyers in London using an "income booster" can purchase homes six years earlier, at an average age of 29, compared to the typical 35. This initiative allows family or friends to boost mortgage borrowing power without becoming co-owners, reducing the required income multiple from 8x to 2.7x.
