Green Chef, a meal delivery service, has launched a special menu focusing on women's health, specifically targeting menopause and menstruation. The recipes are designed to support these phases with key ingredients like iron, vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin D. The service aims to bridge the gap between everyday eating and supporting women’s health. While the author did not notice immediate differences in symptoms after a month, they found the meals delicious and enjoyed the variety, which helped break their eating rut.
