💨 Abstract
Faye Williams, an events business owner from Exeter, took charge at an airport in Corfu after an early departure announcement caused a chaotic crowd. Seeing the potential for danger, she approached airport staff and offered to help. Using the tannoy system, she guided passengers to create space, allowing eight flights to board safely over an hour and a half. Her actions were praised by fellow travelers, and she was even applauded as she left the departure hall.
