Police are seeking 17-year-old Oumar Traore in connection with the stabbing death of 19-year-old Yassin Alama on Hutton Road, Handsworth. Alama was pronounced dead at the scene. Traore is considered dangerous, and the public is advised not to approach him but to call 999 if spotted. Police have increased stop and search powers in the area and are appealing for information to help locate Traore.
