💨 Abstract
Camden Council plans to transform the Euston area into a major hub for homes, jobs, science, and culture. The proposal, backed by the Mayor of London, aims to create up to 2,500 new homes, 34,000 jobs, and generate £41 billion for the UK economy by 2053. The council will establish a locally led urban development corporation to lead the regeneration, similar to projects like Canary Wharf.
