💨 Abstract

Four more individuals have been arrested in connection with the October heist at the Louvre Museum, where jewels worth over £76 million were stolen. The robbery occurred during visiting hours when thieves, disguised as workers, used a truck-mounted device and power tools to access the Apollo Gallery. They stole eight jewels, including royal tiaras and necklaces, before escaping on scooters. Prosecutors are working to prevent the gems from being melted and sold.
