💨 Abstract

A former Florissant, Missouri police officer, Julian Alcala, admitted to illegally searching the phones of 20 women during traffic stops to obtain nude photos. Between February and May 2024, Alcala used false pretenses to access the women's phones and took photos of nude images without a warrant. He was reported to the FBI after one victim discovered he had forwarded a video of her.
