💨 Abstract

A London-based Afrobeats artist, Silvastone, was fined twice for allegedly parking in a disabled bay that was painted around his car while it was already parked. He shared CCTV footage showing a council worker painting the disabled bay markings around his Audi, followed by a traffic warden issuing fines. Silvastone argued that his car was parked legally and criticized Croydon Council for the lack of communication and fairness in the process. The council has been approached for comment.
