💨 Abstract

On December 11, a gas line explosion in Hayward, California, injured six people and destroyed three buildings. The incident occurred around 9:30 AM, with a doorbell camera capturing the explosion. A construction crew had hit the gas line earlier that morning, leading to a leak. Despite efforts to stop the gas flow, an explosion happened about 10 minutes later. Seventy-five firefighters responded, and the injured were hospitalized.
