TV viewers are increasingly frustrated with long delays between seasons of their favorite shows. Factors like higher production values, lack of fixed schedules, delayed renewals, strikes, and the Covid-19 pandemic have contributed to these delays. Some viewers have lost interest in shows like "Stranger Things," "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," "Severance," "The Rookie," and even "Downton Abbey" due to extended wait times.
