A former French anesthetist, Frédéric Péchier, is accused of poisoning 12 patients to demonstrate his resuscitation skills between 2008 and 2017. Prosecutors allege he contaminated IV bags with substances like potassium and adrenaline, causing cardiac arrests. Péchier denies the charges, claiming he has always upheld his medical oath. The trial, which began in September, has heard testimonies and evidence linking Péchier to multiple incidents.
