šØ Abstract
The next Legend of Zelda game might be a spin-off developed by Monolith Soft, the creators of Xenoblade Chronicles. Nintendo's Zelda series general manager, Daiki Iwamoto, has expressed a desire for Monolith Soft to take a central role in producing a unique title within the series. This spin-off is likely to feature an open-world environment, building on the formula established in Breath of the Wild.
