In 1992, estate agent Stephanie Slater was kidnapped by Michael Sams, who posed as a client. After a brutal attack, he held her captive in a coffin, demanding a ransom from her employers. Despite police efforts, Sams escaped with the money but later released Stephanie. His arrest revealed he had also kidnapped and killed another woman. Stephanie's ordeal left her traumatized, leading to a life of isolation and struggle with PTSD.
