💨 Abstract

David Turner, 61, admitted to assaulting his wife during a family holiday in Thailand, causing severe injuries. Despite the brutal attack, which included strangling, kicking, and punching, Turner avoided jail. The incident occurred at the Le Meridien Khao Lak Resort and Spa on July 4, 2024, while Turner was intoxicated. His wife suffered extensive bruises and psychological trauma.
