đ¨ Abstract
A man, Rhydian Jamieson, was sentenced to 35 years in prison for throwing his infant daughter at a television, causing severe brain injuries, a fractured skull, and lifelong disabilities. Jamieson showed no remorse and initially tried to retract his guilty plea. The court described his actions as an "act of horrendous callousness." The baby's family condemned Jamieson, describing him as a "pathetic man-child."
