💨 Abstract
Craig Silvey, the author of "Jasper Jones," has been charged with possessing and distributing child exploitation material. The 43-year-old Australian writer appeared in court in Perth after police seized his electronic devices. Bail was granted with strict conditions, including a $100,000 surety and personal undertaking, but Silvey was taken into custody for not meeting the conditions.
