💨 Abstract
Oleksandr Murashevych, a YouTuber with 20,000 subscribers, had his channel demonetized and later terminated by YouTube in 2024 due to alleged spam, despite his appeals. He sued YouTube, and a European body ruled in his favor, finding insufficient evidence for the ban. Many other creators face similar issues, blaming YouTube's AI moderation systems.
