💨 Abstract
Claire's, a popular accessories chain known for ear piercings, has entered administration for the second time. Approximately 150 stores and 1,000 jobs are at risk just four months after a rescue deal. The company's owner, Modella Capital, cited government policy changes and landlord demands as reasons for the financial strain. Claire's continues to operate during this period.
