💨 Abstract
In Gaza, a woman discovered she was expecting triplets amidst ongoing conflict. Despite her doctor's advice against further pregnancies due to previous miscarriages and her son's health issues, she became pregnant in September 2024. Living in constant fear and malnutrition, she relied on Islamic Relief for medical care. In April 2025, she gave birth to three premature but healthy girls via emergency C-section.
